With a totally unhurried approach, my normal massage lasts an hour, using a mixture of traditional Swedish, therapeutic and an interactive discussion to produce a truly relaxing experience enabling us to focus on the areas of most concern, in order to guarantee to leave you rejuvenated. But in order to create this level of relaxation, I do not clock watch the whole session lasts for at least 90 minutes from arriving and discussing specific areas for concentration and an unhurried departure.
